From Content Creation to Community Building: My Path in Digital Marketing

Hi, I’m Alexis Biondo, a communications student and social media enthusiast passionate about branding, content creation, aesthetics, and connecting with audiences online. Over the years, I’ve discovered that digital marketing isn’t just about promoting products; it’s about building genuine connections with people through creative content and effective communication.

Currently, I work in sales while gaining hands-on experience in content creation and digital marketing through internships and managing a small business's Instagram accounts. Running these accounts independently has allowed me to dive deep into content strategy, from designing visuals in Canva to engaging with followers and the business owner to grow a loyal audience.

TikTok has quickly become my favorite platform due to its fast-paced, creative environment and its ability to offer in-depth demographic insights. It’s the perfect place to experiment with new ideas while staying on top of trends and analyzing performance metrics. I’ve learned that staying authentic and aligned with a brand’s voice is crucial for keeping content fresh and engaging.
