Our ideal Social Media Intern will be an organized, detail-oriented, creative, efficient, strategic, college student who’s ready to join our team. Gaining hands-on experience working on challenging, meaningful projects with guidance. Develop and implement outreach and promotional campaigns to boost brand engagement and increase revenue.
This is a NONPAID internship that will provide assistance with building your digital marketing portfolio, along with a letter of recommendation, a certificate of completion, and possible college credits.
The duties and responsibilities of a Social Media Intern include:
● Assist with the design and execution of social media campaigns
● Create weekly and monthly editorial calendars to promote the company's brands on various social media websites
● Create and distribute content such as blogs, infographics, and videos on social media and traditional news outlets
● Track social media engagement to identify high-performing ideas and campaigns for scalability
● Perform social media marketing research
● Assist with influencer campaign strategy
● Respond to comments and DMs on social media platforms
● Brainstorm and research ideas for original content
● Create compelling graphics to share across social channels
● Write social media captions that speak to the company’s target audience
● Help create and edit short-form videos
● Develop new strategies for increasing engagement
● Assist with photo/video content
● Ensure brand message is consistent
